COURTYARD

The courtyard has a lot of  potential. The existing planters are unattractive and also incredibly heavy, with several tons of brick and wet soil undermining the fabric of the building by stressing the garage roof. Here’s a video of a plan to address the structural problems, create an inviting outdoor space, and raise the value of everyone’s condo.
